She started out with us as a graduate way back when, and after more than a decade away, during which she led and delivered marketing and strategy teams, programs, and outcomes in their various stages in settings of all shapes and sizes, she found herself back at align.me.We were smart enough not to let Zoe go a second time, and she’s joined our team as a Funnel Coach with an impressive CV. Zoe is known for championing the customer, her ability to articulate the big picture, and bringing strategy and action together to deliver results.

When Zoe isn’t helping clients plan their go-to-marketing strategies, she can be found juggling multiple books on her to-read list, watching Formula 1 with her family, or chatting about anything and everything over coffee.

As someone that lives and breathes web development, Johnny specialises in creating websites that hit all the right notes: responsive design, conversion funnels, website speed and performance, every Google optimisation under the sun and more.

Never satisfied with ‘good enough’, Johnny is constantly learning new trends, tools, and tech to give him more of an edge.

It’s no easy task to manage and organise the day of an agency director, so we’re especially glad to have Marianne on our team. As the Executive Assistant to Brett, Marianne’s flexibility and organisational skills have ensured that no meeting has ever been missed.

Marianne has a degree in electronic engineering but found her calling in administration, due to her love of helping people and going the extra mile. Her experiences as a mother have also come in handy when it comes to multi-tasking, and it’s thanks to Marianne that the align.me team can enjoy smooth sailing on any day of the week.

When it’s time to clock off, Marianne is passionate about discovering new places and going on new adventures with her family. We’re sure that her love of reading goes hand-in-hand with exploring the world and experiencing new things!

Inna is the engine behind the scenes, keeping the wheels turning and the details in check. With a background in HR, admin and executive support across fintech, construction and renewable energy, she’s worked closely with senior leadership to manage projects, improve processes, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Whether it’s coordinating communications, refining internal systems, or juggling competing priorities, Inna brings calm, order and precision to everything she does.

She’s passionate about people and thrives in roles where she can make a real difference — whether that’s by solving problems, creating clarity, or simply making someone’s day easier. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, she’s the go-to for getting things done, anticipating needs before they arise, and making sure the whole team stays one step ahead.

Outside of work, Inna loves to travel, play video games, and cruise around on her electric scooter — her favourite way to clear her head and take in the world on the move.
